This three-bedroom property faces Burj Khalifa in Dubai, sitting in the city’s vibrant Downtown area. It’s a place where the client entertains his business contacts and holidays with family – often at the same time.
The apartment was gutted completely, redefining the space with new floors, partitions, bathrooms and a custom-designed kitchen. Maximizing the floor plate and creating multifunctional spaces were key, and we achieved this by creating two new rooms – an office and a dining room.
The kitchen doubles up as a family and TV room, while the dining room can be used as a boardroom when needed. All the bedrooms are hotel style.
